Newborn Night Nanny | Sleep-in | Rotation Schedule

Start date: By arrangement — possible start before or immediately after birth (expected 1 July 2026)

About the Family
A young couple is expecting their first child. The household also employs a housekeeper and a groundskeeper/estate worker. The nanny is the primary person responsible for the child during her shift. Parents are present and supportive, but the main responsibility rests with the nanny.

Schedule
Rotation format: 1month on / 1month off, preference for 2 months on / 2 months off (negotiable with the candidate)
Sleep-in — the nanny sleeps in the nursery with the child

Accommodation
Large nursery with a separate bed and wardrobe for the nanny
Private bathroom
Groceries provided by the family; meals prepared independently

Responsibilities
All aspects of newborn care:

Full care of the newborn (bottle/breastfeeding support, bathing, routine)
Laundry of baby clothes, sterilisation of equipment
Keeping the nursery and baby bathroom clean and tidy
Future: preparation of baby food
Maintaining an online sleep and feeding diary (first 6 months)

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience with newborns aged 0–3 months
Medical background or nursing education — a strong advantage
Age 25–50 (preference for younger candidates with solid experience)
All nationalities welcome
Russian language — mandatory
Willingness to travel with the family within Europe, including to Russia
Formal employment contract; one-month probationary period
Personal qualities: calm and grounded (not anxious), neat and well-presented (appearance and workspace), reasonable, warm, kind-natured, and well-mannered

Salary: €3,000 – €4,000 / month (gross, depending on experience)
