Job Summary
A professional family based in Kensington is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Full-Time Live-In to care for their two boys aged 4 and 7.
This is a sole charge position requiring a confident and organised nanny who can fully manage the children’s routines, development, and wellbeing.
The family is looking for someone warm, engaging, hands-on, and capable of becoming a valued and trusted part of the household.

Job Specification
Childcare Duties:
Sole charge care of both children
Managing daily routines, structure, and organisation
School drop-offs and pick-ups
Supporting the youngest child with school routines
Planning play dates and engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings
Supporting emotional wellbeing and development
Preparing healthy and nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Managing children’s clothing, laundry, vitamins, and bedroom organisation
Household Support:
Maintaining smooth day-to-day organisation for the children
Keeping routines structured and consistent
Ensuring excellent communication and handovers with parents
Candidate Specification
Minimum 5 years’ professional nanny experience
Strong experience working with similar age groups
Warm, calm, and emotionally supportive approach
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently
Strong common sense and initiative
Flexible and adaptable within a busy household
Driver preferred but not essential
Dog-friendly (family has a puppy)
Fluent in English
