A lovely family are looking for a nanny housekeeper / mother’s help to support them with their two children, a 2.5 year old who attends nursery and a baby boy aged 2 months. The role will be three days per week and will involve working closely alongside mum initially, with more sole charge responsibility as time goes on. The family are looking for someone warm, proactive, and happy to muck in, who enjoys supporting both the children and the smooth running of the home.

Job Details:
* Days & Hours Required: Three days (ideally Mon, Weds, Fri but flexible) | Two half days + one full Day | 20 Hours
* Start Date: ASAP
* Location: High street Kensington, W8
* Ages of Children: B2m and G2.5y
* Salary: £20 - £23 mph / £20, 800 - £23, 920 gpa (depending on experience)

Duties:
The role will mainly focus on caring for the baby during the day, supporting feeding, naps, routines, and early development through play and interaction. There will also be some involvement with the older child around nursery hours and helping maintain a calm, organised routine for both children. Alongside childcare, the role will include helping with general household tasks such as unloading and loading the dishwasher, family laundry, general tidying, and all child-related duties. The nanny will initially work alongside mum but should also feel confident taking sole charge when needed as the role develops over time. The family are looking for someone organised, hands-on, and easy to have around the home.
