Experienced Russian Speaking Rota Nanny – UHNW Family (West Sussex, UK / Europe /Possible relocation to UAE)

Salary £65,000 to 80,000 gross per year. Flights Paid
We are seeking two highly experienced and professional rota nannies for a long-standing UHNW client currently based in the UK, with frequent international travel and plans to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Role Details:
• Location: UK, Europe, and UAE (future relocation to Abu Dhabi)
• Schedule:
o 2-week rotation (UK-based)
o 3-week rotation upon relocation
• Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
• Child: One child aged 18 months (with additional older child cared for by separate nannies)
• Household: Fully staffed, formal environment
• Accommodation: Provided within the family home while on duty
• Travel: International travel required; flights home provided
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional care for a toddler, ensuring all developmental milestones are met
• Planning and implementing educational, age-appropriate activities
• Supporting sleep training and maintaining structured routines
• Working closely and collaboratively with the mother and wider household team
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ professional nanny experience
• Recognised childcare qualifications
• Proven experience working in high-end, formal households
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development
• Prior experience with toddlers of a similar age
• Warm, nurturing, and empathetic approach
• Bi lingual in English and Russian
