Family in London seeking a rota manny/governor 1 week on / 1 week off during term time and approx. 2 weeks on/2 weeks off during school holidays. Candidate must experience with adolescent boys and behaviour shaping. Ideally candidate will be sporty, active, energetic as well as being able to bring more structure, boundaries and order into the children's routines.

The Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day care, development, and overall wellbeing of the children, working alongside an established household team. The role requires a balanced, confident approach, combining warmth with clear structure, and a strong focus on education, building independence, and accountability. You will be expected to take ownership, set standards, and actively contribute to the children’s development.

Key Responsibilities
• Support children’s independence, accountability, and self-management
• Establish and maintain consistent, well-structured daily routines and complex diary management
• Provide guidance on etiquette, behaviour, and personal organisation
• Deliver hands-on academic support and encourage strong study habits
• Act as a positive role model, setting clear expectations and boundaries
• Liaise effectively with parents, schools, and the wider household team

Key Requirements (Essential)
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience within HNW private households
• Teaching background or strong academic support experience
• Demonstrated experience working with pre-adolescent and adolescent children
• Confident in setting boundaries, managing behaviour, and maintaining structure
• Driver essential (clean licence, confident driving in London)
• Strong swimmer
• Highly organised, discreet, and professional at all times
• Comfortable working within a fully staffed, high-expectation household
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Based within easy commuting distance to London
