We are assisting a client in Dubai in finding a warm, experienced, and energetic nanny to care for her seven-year-old daughter. This is a full-time, live-in position based in Dubai during the school year, with summers spent in Italy from June to September.

The role offers a balanced rhythm to the day, with dedicated downtime while the child is at school, allowing for rest and organisation of nursery duties before the afternoon routine begins.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, as the family would love for their daughter to have continued exposure to the language through conversation, play, and learning activities.

The child is bright, curious, and sporty, and has had the same nanny since birth. The mother is now looking for someone who can introduce more structure while maintaining a warm and nurturing environment.

You will be confident in setting kind but firm boundaries, supporting her emotional development while encouraging independence. A dynamic, playful, and active approach is essential, with a genuine interest in engaging the child through both structured activities and free play.

The young girl enjoys swimming, climbing, and playing golf, so a nanny who naturally enjoys an active lifestyle would be a strong fit. A background in childcare or education is preferred, along with experience supporting children of a similar age. Emotional intelligence and the ability to build a strong, trusting relationship are key.

You will be responsible for overseeing her day-to-day care, creating a structured yet enjoyable routine, and supporting both her academic and personal development. Flexibility is important, as the role involves travel between Dubai and Europe throughout the year.

Accommodation is provided in the form of a separate flat, and the salary is competitive and flexible depending on experience.
