J2015D | Permanent Full-time Live-in International Nanny (Spanish speaking)

Languages: Spanish speaker (fluent or native) MUST + good command of english

Days and hours: - During School Term (35 weeks per year): Monday to Friday: approx. 5 hours per day (afterschool) + Saturday: approx. 12 hours (full day). Additional babysitting may be required as agreed in advance.
- During School Holidays (17 weeks per year): Full-time, six days per week. Working hours will be flexible and arranged in advance based on the family’s needs.
Weekly (term time): 37hrs weekly across 6 days (1,295hrs)
School holidays: 72hrs weekly (1,224hrs)
= Pro rata weekly hours: 48.5 hrs

Start date: ASAP - flexible to wait for the right fit
Salary: up to 60,000 USD NET (US dollars) per year
Driver: A driver is required - Automatic only - Family will provide an hybrid car
Travel: Worldwide (8-12 weeks), mostly London and Europe
Children's Age: 6 years old boy & 9 years old girl with Mild ADHD
Accommodation: Separate 2 bedroom flat will be provided, but the nanny might need to share with other staff from time to time.

A busy family based in the Bahamas is seeking a fun, active, and Spanish-speaking nanny to care for their two school aged children. This is a unique role for a positive, organised professional who is excited to embrace an adventurous lifestyle, as the family splits their time between the Caribbean during school terms and London or Europe during holidays. The ideal candidate must be a confident swimmer, comfortable on boats, and a true animal lover, as the household includes Labradoodles and a horse. Their daughter goes horse riding 6 days a week.
While the family employs full-time housekeepers, the nanny will be responsible for child-related tidying, school runs, and organising engaging activities within their vibrant community. Occasional proxy parenting (up to three nights) and international travel are required, so the family is looking for a long-term fit with great energy who can seamlessly integrate into their busy, active lives.
Benefits: 28 days of annual leave per year + separate flat provided with all utility bills covered + a car provided with a monthly petrol allowance.
