A private family based in Marylebone is seeking a Russian-speaking live-in Housekeeper Nanny to join their family. This is a structured and long-term position requiring flexibility, discretion, and strong experience with newborns.

Monday to Saturday
7:00am – 7:00pm (flexibility required, with breaks during the day)

Salary
£800–£1,000 net per week (depending on experience)
Approx. £1,088–£1,432 gross per week

Role Overview
This is a mixed Housekeeper Nanny role within a staffed household. The family already employs an after-school nanny. The position focuses on maintaining the household, supporting the mother—especially with the newborn—and assisting with light childcare when required. Travel with the family is required.

Main Responsibilities
• Occasional support with the newborn when required
• Occasional drop-off and pick-up for the 4-year-old
• Full housekeeping responsibilities
• Cooking for the family
• Maintaining organisation across the home
• Travelling with the family

Nanny Duties
• Prepare breakfast for the children
• Occasional support with newborn care when required
• Support daily structure and transitions
• Ensure children’s areas remain organised
• Occasional school runs if required

Maternity / Newborn Duties

• No newborn duties initially (maternity nurse in place for the first 4 months)
• Support may be required after this period

Child-related Housekeeping
• Children’s laundry and ironing
• Keeping children’s spaces clean and organised
• Preparing children’s meals
• Managing baby supplies

Housekeeping & Household Duties
• General cleaning
• Cooking mainly dinner for the family and breakfast for the children
• Maintaining a large property (5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 living areas)
• Kitchen organisation and groceries

Requirements
• Fluent Russian speaker (essential)
• Proven experience in private households
• Strong newborn experience
• Comfortable working independently in a private household
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Willing to travel
• Comfortable with a live-in role
