Children Age: B2.5, G4 and G6 years old (focused on the two older children)

This is a long-term position for a warm, creative, and emotionally intelligent nanny to join a close, family-oriented household caring for two young girls.
The family is seeking a nanny who can bring energy, imagination, and a genuine love of childcare, creating a fun and engaging environment where the children can thrive. The ideal candidate will naturally build a strong emotional connection, acting as both a playful companion and a calm, guiding presence.

This role suits someone who can balance being fun and childlike in play, while remaining firm, fair, and consistent when needed. Creativity is key, from turning everyday moments into imaginative games, to encouraging activities such as arts, storytelling, role play, and interactive learning.

The nanny will support both children’s development, including nurturing confidence, encouraging independence, and gently supporting areas such as fine motor skills and emotional sensitivity.

The position requires a proactive and adaptable approach, as the family lifestyle can be dynamic, including travel and last-minute changes. A nanny who is organised, prepared, and able to think ahead with activities and structure will thrive in this role.

• Planning engaging, creative activities (arts, crafts, imaginative play, theatre-style games)
• Encouraging outdoor play (garden, beach activities, water play days)
• Supporting homework and development
• Promoting positive behaviour, manners, and social development
• Organising playdates and group activities with other children and nannies
• Assisting with school routines (driver provided) and extracurricular activities (e.g. swimming)
• Encouraging children to try new experiences and foods
• Travelling with the family on occasional trips, including approximately one international trip per year
• Working alongside other household staff in a professional and respectful manner
• Keeping play areas, toys, and activity spaces tidy and organised
