Rate: £65000 - £75000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Days: 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar nanny/governess position
• Strong educational background with the ability to support early school learning
• Confident supporting academic development and organising age-appropriate educational activities
• Warm, engaging, and nurturing approach balanced with structure and discipline
• Proactive, organised, and hands-on attitude
• Ability to foster independence, confidence, and good manners in young children
• Flexible and adaptable to a rota schedule (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
• Willingness to travel internationally several times per year
• Team player—able to work alongside other household staff harmoniously
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability

A warm and highly supportive family is seeking an exceptional Rota Nanny/Governess to care for and guide their two daughters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished and experienced childcare professional who can seamlessly combine nurturing care with educational support. You will focus exclusively on the two older girls (ages 4 and 6), working alongside another nanny who is responsible for the baby (8 months, Monday–Friday). The role centres on fostering the girls’ academic progress, independence, and personal development within a structured yet fun environment. The girls attend school from 8:30am to 3:30pm. You will accompany them to and from school with the family’s driver. During school hours, duties include child-related organisation and ensuring everything is prepared for their return. There is no requirement for cooking or laundry.
