Job Summary
This is a supportive role suited to an experienced maternity nurse who works collaboratively with parents and can provide calm, flexible guidance within an established family routine. A family based in NW5 are seeking an experienced Nightly Maternity Nurse to support them with their second baby. The family are looking for someone who can continue in a collaborative style—working closely with mum and supporting her preferences, while bringing confidence and guidance where needed. The baby will be combination fed, including expressed milk, and the family are keen to establish bottle feeding early to allow flexibility within the household. The role will focus on supporting feeding patterns, settling and maintaining a calm and consistent night-time routine. As this is a second baby, the household already has an established rhythm, and the maternity nurse should be mindful of the needs of the older child and the wider family dynamic. This role will suit someone relaxed, warm and adaptable, who enjoys working as part of a team and supporting parents in a balanced, non-prescriptive way.

Job Specification
• Providing overnight care for a newborn
• Supporting combination feeding, including expressed milk
