An international family based in Athens is looking for an exceptional nanny to care for their 5-year-old daughter. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional, energetic, and organized individual who thrives in a fully staffed household and enjoys extensive international travel.

The position will begin in June 2026 as a rota role, working one month on and one month off throughout June, July, August, and September. From October 2026, it will transition into a full-time, permanent position based in Athens.

The ideal candidate will be engaging, proactive, and full of energy, creating a fun, nurturing, and stimulating environment while maintaining excellent structure and routine. Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the morning routine and school preparation
- Managing school drop-offs and after-school activities
- Providing educational support and handling the evening routine
-Provide attentive, nurturing care for a 7-year-old boy, ensuring his safety, happiness, and well-being.
- Plan fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that support his learning and development.
- Assist with homework, reading, and school projects.
- Maintain his daily routine, including school preparation, meals, activities, and bedtime.
- Organize and accompany him to school, extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
- Manage his wardrobe, bedroom, toys, and school belongings.
- Arrange stimulating outings and educational experiences.
- Travel with the family internationally, ensuring smooth routines and continuity of care.
- Work closely with parents and household staff to provide consistent, high-quality care.
- Encourage good manners, independence, and confidence.
- Maintain complete discretion, professionalism, and flexibility at all times.

During weekends, school holidays, and travel periods, the schedule will be full-time, generally from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with appropriate breaks.

Key requirements include:

- Extensive professional childcare experience, ideally with school-aged children
- Energetic and engaging approach
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions while working autonomously
- Flexibility and adaptability to an international lifestyle
- Experience with frequent worldwide travel

A net monthly salary of GBP 4,000 to GBP 5,000 is offered during the initial rota period, increasing to up to GBP 6,000 net per month once the role becomes full-time, depending on experience and suitability. An EU passport or the right to work in Greece is essential.
