Hello nannies,

The family I am currently working for is looking for a native English speaking Rota Nanny to join our supportive team in a fully staffed household. All children attend school and are bilingual in English and Russian. You will be working closely with the current English speaking nannies, with 2 nannies on shift at one time. The children are aged 12 (G), 7 (G) and 6 (B).

Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a team with current nannies to ensure smooth continuity of care.
- Plan and prepare daily engaging, educational, creative and fun activities.
- Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere that supports each child's growth and interests.
- Children's ironing and wardrobe management.
- Provide 24 hour availability during shifts, with flexibility to adapt to the family's schedule.
- Prepare nutritional snack boxes for school. However there is a chef who prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner for the family.
- Commit to a rota schedule of 21 days on/off with flexibility.
- International travel with family during school holidays.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other household staff members.
- Manage school drop offs/pickups and transport children to activities.
- This role will consist of both shared and sole charge. Mum is heavily involved in the children's day-to-day routines.

Visa and flights at the start and end of every shift will be provided by the family.
