THE HOUSEHOLD
A warm, hands-on family based between Belgravia and their country home in Marlow, seeking a long-term nanny for their bright and engaging one-year-old daughter. Their current nanny, a maternity nurse, is returning to newborn work — leaving a natural and happy transition for the right person.

THE ROLE
This is a live-in position beginning in Belgravia before relocating to Marlow in August, with regular travel to the family's chalet in Megève, France throughout the year. The family work closely with their nanny as a genuine team.
— Supporting developmental milestones, daily routines and age-appropriate learning through to preschool age
— Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment rooted in child-led or Montessori principles — Attending classes, activities and appointments
— Preparing healthy meals and managing dietary needs
— Nursery management including laundry, wardrobe organisation and general care
— Travelling with the family on both ski and summer holidays, including Megève
— 45 hours per week across five days, within a daily window of 7:30am to 10:30pm, with shifts structured nine hours in advance
— One sleepover per week included; additional hours compensated as overtime or time in lieu
— One to two full weekends off per month where possible
— A comfortable en-suite double room provided across all three properties
— 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays; discretionary annual bonus

THE CANDIDATE
— A minimum of three to five years' nanny experience with a strong focus on the toddler years
— A formal childcare qualification, backed by confident, hands-on practice
— Genuine interest in Montessori or child-led approaches to early development
— Calm, organised and proactive by nature
— A confident driver; a car will be provided
— Comfortable with dogs as part of daily life
— Enthusiastic about travel and equally at ease on the slopes or in the sun
