After School Nanny Needed – 20 Hours Per Week

is seeking a kind, reliable, and energetic After School Nanny to support a lovely family with two happy children aged 6 and 9.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and would love to become a valued part of a family’s daily routine. The family are looking for a warm, engaging, and proactive nanny who can create a fun, calm, and nurturing environment after school.

Duties will include:
School pick-ups
Taking the children to activities including swimming and tennis
Helping with homework and reading
Preparing a light tea for the children
Creating fun and engaging after-school activities
Supporting evening routines
Light housekeeping duties including tidying children’s areas and helping keep the home organised

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, and naturally positive, with the ability to keep routines running smoothly whilst building a lovely relationship with the children.

Position Details:
Approximately 20 hours per week
Flexibility to include Fridays for the right person
Self-employed position
Long-term role
Start ASAP
Requirements:
Previous childcare/nanny experience essential
Reliable, caring, and energetic
Confident managing after-school routines independently
Happy to assist with light housekeeping
Excellent references required
DBS preferred or willing to obtain one
