This is a long-term, high-quality private household role ideal for candidates with strong childcare experience and a passion for early childhood development.

The position focuses on after-school care, educational support, and emotional development, with some involvement in morning routines. The family is looking for a candidate who can foster a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support morning routine (breakfast preparation, school readiness, occasional school drop-offs)
• Provide attentive after-school care and supervision
• Accompany the child to extracurricular activities (ballet, swimming, piano)
• Plan and engage in creative learning activities (arts & crafts, reading, music, educational play)
• Encourage language development (Mandarin beneficial but not essential)
• Ensure the child’s emotional well-being and development
• Prepare snacks and assist with light childcare-related duties
• Travel with the family as required

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• US citizen or resident with a work permit
• Suitable qualifications and training in childcare or education
• Minimum 4 years' proven experience working with families in a similar role
• Excellent, checkable references
• Warm, positive, and patient personality
• Ability to balance discipline with nurturing care
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic household schedule
• Willingness to travel with the family internationally

WORKING SCHEDULE:
