Working Days & hours: Three or Five days a week (between Monday to Friday), 10am to 5pm

Job Summary: A warm and welcoming family based in Penn, Buckinghamshire are seeking an experienced Nanny to support their home. Mum is around and actively involved, so the role will be a mixture of sole and shared charge. The ideal nanny will be confident working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job specification:
• Providing attentive care for the baby
• Supporting the older children, particularly during school holidays
• Planning age-appropriate activities and encouraging development
• Going on walks and getting the baby or children out and about
• Working alongside mum and supporting where needed
• Managing a mixture of sole and shared care confidently
• All housekeeping duties related to the children (including keeping children’s areas clean, tidy, and organised)
• Preparing simple meals or snacks for the children

Salary:
• Three days a week: £21,840 to £25,116 gross per annum
• Five days a week: £36,400 to £41,860 gross per annum


Candidate specification:
• Proven experience caring for babies
• Confident working in both sole and shared charge roles
• Comfortable working alongside a hands-on parent
• Positive, proactive, and organised approach
• Able to support multiple children when required
• Driver with own car required to commute to the property


Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
