A private household located in Princes Risborough is seeking an experienced part-time Housekeeper to maintain the home to a high standard.

The family lives in a four-bedroom house situated within a private estate. The successful candidate will work alongside other members of staff; therefore, previous experience working as part of a team is essential. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in and contributing to a clean and well-organised home.

Duties include:
General housekeeping, including cleaning, dusting, and hoovering
Cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen
Laundry and ironing
Changing bed linen
Deep cleaning as required
Reporting any maintenance issues
Ensuring the property remains secure and well maintained while on duty

What we’re looking for:
Previous housekeeping experience in a private household is essential
A discreet and professional attitude
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach
A valid DBS check and references
Comfortable working in a home with a cat

Hours:
3–4 mornings per week (weekdays only)
9:00 am – 1:00 pm
12–16 hours per week
The position is available on either a self-employed or employed basis (salary will be adjusted accordingly).
