Overview
A busy professional family in Frankfurt is seeking a loving, reliable, and highly flexible nanny for one toddler (approx. 15 months at start). Both parents have demanding roles, and the mother travels regularly (Tue–Thu), so flexibility is essential.
This is a live-out role combining childcare (approx. 80%) with light household support (20%). The family is looking for someone caring yet structured, who works independently and communicates well.

Duties
• Nursery pick-up & afternoon/evening care
• Age-appropriate play & development
• Meal preparation (child, occasional family)
• Evening routine & bedtime
• Organising child-related items
• Light household tasks (errands, kitchen, dishwasher)

Requirements
• 2–5+ years’ experience
• Fluent German (C1+) essential
• Non-smoker
• Highly reliable, honest, independent
• Warm, structured, consistent approach
• Flexibility essential

Schedule
• Mon–Fri: 2–3 hrs/day (flexible between 09:30–16:00) – light household tasks
• Tue & Wed: approx. 16:00–23:00 (childcare & evening routine)
• Sun: approx. 19:00–22:00 (evening care)
• Flexibility required during child illness (availability Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00)
