We are assisting a client in Dubai in finding a warm, experienced, and energetic nanny to care for her six-year-old daughter. This is a full-time, live-in role based in Dubai during the school year, with summers spent in Italy from June to September. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English as the family would love for their daughter to have continued exposure to the language through conversation, play, and learning activities.

The child is bright, curious, sporty and has had the same nanny since birth. The mother is now looking for someone who can provide more structure while maintaining a warm and nurturing environment.

The right candidate will be able to set firm but kind boundaries, ensuring she feels supported while also encouraging her independence. This role requires someone dynamic, sporty, and playful who can truly engage with the child and support her learning in a fun and active way.

The young girl enjoys swimming, climbing, playing golf alongside other sports so a Nanny who is enjoys being active is essential. A background in childcare or education is preferred, and experience with children of a similar age is needed. The candidate must also be emotionally intuitive, with the ability to build a strong rapport with the young girl.

The nanny will be responsible for providing full-time care, creating a structured yet enjoyable daily routine, and supporting the child’s emotional and intellectual development. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as the role involves international travel between Dubai and Europe.

Accommodation will be provided, with a separate living space, and the salary will be competitive based on experience.

Our client is open to considering a short-term summer placement in Italy for the right candidate, with the potential to transition into a long-term role.
