This warm, respectful and highly organised family are seeking an experienced and qualified Rota Nanny to join their fully staffed household and look after their 2.5 year old son and 6 month old daughter.

Overview:
Working in close partnership with another professional nanny and engaged, hands-on parents, this is a collaborative and long-term position. Baby is currently supported by a maternity nurse (in place until October 2026), after this, you'll have both children.
This is a 24/7 role with core hours of 7:00am to 8:00pm. Overnight support will not be required on all days and will be agreed collaboratively on a shift-by-shift basis, depending on the family’s needs.
This role would suit a career nanny who values structure, consistency and a child-led, developmentally focused approach, and who enjoys working as part of a cohesive, professional team.

The family's move to Dubai will be dependent on region stability.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Delivering full nursery duties to an exceptional standard
- Establishing and maintaining consistent routines (sleep, feeding, daily transitions)
- Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate developmental activities
- Confidently caring for both children as their needs evolve
- Managing nursery/school transitions and coordinating activities
- Supporting social development through playdates and outings
- Preparing nutritious, balanced meals for the children
- Overseeing wardrobe management and nursery organisation
- Administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals when required
- Travelling with the family and ensuring continuity of care
Benefits:

- Accommodation while on duty will be in the family home and include a bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
- 1 month on / 1 month off rota with flights to and from the UK provided
Essential criteria:
- Norland trained or equivalent early years qualification (degree level preferred)
- Minimum 6+ years’ relevant experience in private households
- Proven ROTA experience within a similar setting
- Experience caring for multiple children of similar ages
- Highly organised and calm
- Confident in establishing and maintaining structured routines
- Discreet, professional and experienced in fully staffed households
- Strong swimmer and enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle
- Flexible, collaborative and a strong team player
