An exclusive UHNW family is seeking a highly experienced, reliable, and dedicated Nanny-Governess to care for their two children during their time in the UK, Belgium, Europe and other international destinations. This role requires someone who can step in as a true partner to the parents, provide consistent structure, and manage daily routines while remaining warm and engaged with the children.

* Startdate: Immediately
* Location: UK, Europe & Internationally
(Passport for EU/UK required)
* Schedule: 5 days/week (flexibility essential)
* Accommodation: Live-in with possible transition into own guesthouse
* Salary: Competitive & negotiable*
* Languages: Fluent English or Dutch required (Turkish or Spanish is a plus)

Role overview:

This position requires a highly reliable Nanny-Governess who can manage full daily childcare and established routines while supporting parents in creating consistency across homes and countries.

The role involves:

Caring for a 5-year-old girl (school-going) and 1-year-old boy (energetic, curious, requires guidance in routines)

* Maintaining sleep, meal, and play schedules
* Assisting with child-related organization, routines, and light household management (e.g., children’s clothes, activity planning, tidying up)
* Supporting outdoor play and active routines, including sports and swimming
* Collaborating closely with parents to ensure continuity and consistency in rules, structure, and daily schedules.

Ideal Nanny Profile:

* Independent, proactive, and confident with strong organizational skills
* Strong focus on child development by incorporating educational, creative, and stimulating activities into daily routines
* Experienced (minimum 3-5 years)
* Able to follow parents guidance closely and work in partnership
* Patient and flexible with changing schedules and occasional travel
* Comfortable with pets (2 family dogs)

Additional Details:

* Opportunity to travel with the family across Europe and Internationally
* Driving license is a plus but not required
* Governess-styled Nanny required
