Ref: 1998, French-Speaking Live-in Nanny - Great Portland Street, NW1

We are looking for an experienced French-speaking nanny to join a welcoming family based in Portland Street, NW1, with three children aged 7, 4, and 2 years old. The family already employs a full-time live-in nanny, and you will be working as part of a team to care for the children together.

Position: Live-in Nanny (Own bedroom and bathroom)

Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: Five days per week 24/5 (days off will be during the week, but flexibility is required)
Salary: £70 000 gross per year
Start date: April/May 2026
Requirements:

Language: Must be fluent in French
Flexibility: The family is looking for a flexible nanny who can adapt to changing schedules
Travel: The candidate must be willing to travel with the family. Travel is an integral part of the role, and the family will not consider candidates who are unable to travel.
Experience: Previous experience in childcare and managing a family environment is a must.
Must be a Driver (Only when the family is in Switzerland)
Responsibilities:

Care and Activities: Assist with daily care, educational games, and creative play tailored to each child’s age.
Routine Support: Help maintain established routines, including mealtime, naptime, and bedtime.
School and Activities: Support with school pickups, drop-offs, and transport to other activities as needed.
Travel: Accompany the family on trips, ensuring the children’s needs are met during travel.
