A lovely family based in Fulham is seeking a reliable, organised, and engaging nanny/tutor to care for their 4-year-old daughter. The previous nanny remained in the role for 4 years, and the family is now looking for a long-term replacement.

This is a sole-charge position working across two households, requiring flexibility, structure, and strong communication skills.

Working Hours
Until September:
• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
• Total: 42.5 hours/week

From September (term time):
• Monday to Friday
• 3 days: 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
• 2 days: 11:30 am – 7:30 pm

School Holidays:
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 am – 7:30 pm

• Contract averaged over the year (term time + holidays)

Salary
• £19 to £21 gross per hour
• Weekly gross (average): £807.50 – £892.50

Role Overview
This is a structured nanny/tutor role with a strong focus on school support, routine management, and social development. The nanny will ensure consistency between both households while supporting the child’s learning and daily routine.

Main Responsibilities
• Provide sole-charge care
• Support early learning and homework
• Organise structured activities and playdates
• Maintain consistency across both homes
• Ensure a stable and positive environment

Nanny Duties
• School pick-ups and drop-offs
• Planning educational and age-appropriate activities
• Supporting homework, reading, and language development
• Organising playdates and outings
• Preparing healthy meals for the child
• Managing daily routines (meals, bath, bedtime)
• Encouraging social and emotional development

Child-related Housekeeping
• Keeping child’s areas clean and organised
• Laundry for the child
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Tidying after activities

(No deep cleaning required)

Requirements
• Fluent English speaker (minimum C1 level)
• Strong academic support skills (early years)
• Previous experience in similar roles
• Organised and proactive
• Able to manage routines across two households
• Comfortable with pets
