Days & Hours Required: Monday to Thursday | 20 hours per week. Core hours: 4:30pm–6:30pm - Additional time earlier in the day for child-related duties

Ages of Children: 8 years old

Salary: £20–£21 gross per hour

Overview:

A family based in NW6 is looking for a warm, organised, and reliable after-school nanny to care for their 8-year-old child.

The role will include some earlier daytime support before school pick-up, focusing on preparing meals, organising the child’s belongings, and keeping things running smoothly at home.

School pick-up will be via public transport (card provided), followed by supporting the child’s afternoon routine until mum returns home.

Duties:

School pick-up (around 4:00pm), supporting homework and reading, preparing meals, organising activities, and managing the evening routine.

Earlier in the day, duties include child-related housekeeping, such as laundry, tidying, and meal preparation.

Skills and other requirements:

Experience with school-aged children

Warm, organised, and proactive personality

Confident supporting homework and routines

Comfortable using public transport for school pick-ups

Fluent English

DBS & Paediatric First Aid

Excellent references

Right to work in the UK
