Job Summary
This is a supportive overnight role suited to an experienced maternity nurse who is confident providing calm, knowledgeable postnatal care during the early new-born weeks. The family is seeking a reassuring professional who can offer practical help, answer questions with confidence, and bring consistency and reassurance overnight following a C-section. A private family is seeking an experienced night maternity nurse to support them during the early postnatal period. The mother is expecting to need reassurance, guidance, and practical overnight support, particularly around breastfeeding and sleep, and would value someone experienced who can help her feel more confident during the first weeks.

Job Specification
• Provide experienced overnight postnatal support following a C-section
• Bring the baby to the mother for feeds during the night
• Offer calm, knowledgeable breastfeeding reassurance and guidance
• Support the establishment of healthy sleep foundations and settling routines
• Answer questions confidently and provide ongoing reassurance throughout the newborn stage

Candidate Specification
• Strong breastfeeding knowledge and confidence offering practical guidance
• Calm, reassuring, and professional manner
• Warm, steady, and confidence-building in approach
• Capable of offering clear, practical advice in a supportive way
• Previous experience supporting mothers following a C-section would be highly beneficial
