A lovely international family is seeking a warm, energetic, and highly flexible Nanny to support the care of their 5-year-old child.

The role is primarily based at the family’s home in Virginia Water, with regular international travel to the family’s residences in the UK, Miami, and the Bahamas, as well as time spent on the family’s boat.

This is a flexible, lifestyle-based position rather than a standard 40-hour week.

The family spends approximately half of the year in England, and when in residence, the role will involve occasional evening and weekend support, as well as accompanying the family on trips when required. The schedule will vary depending on the family’s travel and commitments, so a high degree of flexibility is essential.

The family would particularly value a candidate who is positive, adaptable, and enjoys working within a dynamic, travel-focused household. Experience in yachting, travelling roles, or similarly fast-paced environments would be highly advantageous.

Requirements:
Must have a passport allowing visa-free travel to the US, Canada, and Europe
Highly flexible and comfortable with a non-traditional schedule
Confident travelling internationally and adapting to different environments
Energetic, proactive, and positive approach
Previous experience in private households, travelling roles, or yachting is a plus
