Nanny
A wonderful four-day nanny role has become available for an experienced person to look after a friendly family of four: two full time working parents and two happy girls aged 11 and 8. Mum and Dad have busy jobs, with Dad travelling regularly with his role.. Looking for 4 days per week support.

The children are looking for a kind nanny, who will help keep them organised and entertained. As well as engaging with the children in their hobbies and interests, working with the children to help with homework, encouraging good manners, behaviour and healthy eating will also be part of the role. The girls have mild learning difficulties, so support for tutoring on two nights each week after school would be beneficial.

The hours will be 08.00-18.00 with the main childcare requirement being before and after school, with household duties/management during the day. In the school holidays, the childcare element of the role will alter.

During term time, the nanny will be responsible school runs and pick-ups, alongside ensuring the necessary organization they need for school each day (sports kit, school uniform, etc).

• Family friendly cooking (homemade)
• Family laundry
• Keeping the house running smoothly between cleans. A dedicated cleaner comes bi-weekly, so the nanny is expected to maintain vs deep clean the house.
• Keeping the children’s areas tidy and organised
• Overseeing grocery shopping (planning meals, placing orders, unloading food, buying extras)
• Running errands (dry cleaning, post office, present shopping, etc)
• Managing school admin, researching activities, etc

The ideal candidate will be proactive, have experience in tutoring and is a competent cook, as well as a strong communicator.

The candidate should be a careful and confident driver with a clean licence. There is a car available for school runs, activities, and household errands.

The family is looking for someone warm, honest and a fun person who is pleasant to have around.
