Job Title: Nanny / Family PA (Live-Out)

Job Details:

Days & Hours Required: Monday to Friday 12:00pm–7:00pm | 35 hours per week (Flexibility for additional hours and occasional weekends if mutually agreed)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Willesden – NW10

Ages of Children:  6 yo (boy) and 9 yo (girl)

Salary: £19–£25 gross per hour

Driver: required (automatic car provided)

Overview:

A wonderful family based in Willesden is looking for a proactive, organised, and warm nanny/PA to support their household.

The role combines childcare and family PA duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking initiative. The midday start allows time for household admin tasks, errands, and general organisation before school pick-ups.

The family is looking for someone who is kind, structured, and engaging, able to support the children’s emotional, social, and academic development while also helping the household run smoothly.

Duties:

School pick-ups (walking or driving), supporting homework and 7+ preparation, planning engaging and educational activities, preparing healthy meals, and supporting evening routines including bath and bedtime.

Additional responsibilities may include household admin, running errands, organising returns, ordering groceries, and helping manage the family schedule.

Weekend support may be required occasionally, helping manage routines, activities, and homework.

Skills and other requirements:

Experience with school-aged children; Strong organisational and multitasking skills; Warm, patient, and proactive personality; Education background (teacher / TA / tutor) a strong bonus ; Confident supporting homework and learning development; Driver (automatic) essential; Fluent English; DBS & Paediatric First Aid; Excellent references; Right to work in the UK
