Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and experienced Nanny to join a fully staffed private household in Dubai.

This is a lovely, long-standing client of ours, known for running a well-structured and organised home. The family has three children (ages 1 to 5), each supported by their own dedicated nanny. You will be assigned to one child and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their care and development.

This is a more formal household, so you should be confident working within structure, alongside a team, and maintaining high standards at all times. The family travels regularly to the UK and Europe, so a strong passport and flexibility are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Development
Providing full care for one assigned child
Supporting age-appropriate development through play and structured activities
Maintaining a consistent and well-managed daily routine

Routine & Organisation
Managing sleep, feeding and daily schedules
Ensuring the child’s day is structured, engaging and well balanced
Supporting transitions and overall routine consistency

Activities & Engagement
Planning and organising age-appropriate activities
Supporting social development through play and interaction
Accompanying the child to outings and activities as required

Household & Child-Related Duties
Full nursery duties to a high standard
Managing wardrobe, organisation and day-to-day needs
Ensuring all child-related areas are maintained to an excellent standard

Travel Support
Travelling with the family to the UK and Europe
Maintaining consistency in care and routine while travelling

Candidate Profile
Proven experience working as a nanny in private households
Experience working in fully staffed or formal households
Confident working as part of a team of nannies
Strong understanding of routine, structure and child development
Warm, professional and organised approach
Flexible and adaptable, particularly with travel
Comfortable working within a more formal household environment
Strong passport with ability to travel to the UK and Europe
