A warm British-American family based in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn are seeking a live-in junior nanny to care for their three children aged 9, 6 and 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior nanny looking to gain international experience within a busy, fully staffed household.

The role is primarily based in New York, with regular travel between the US, UK and other international locations. The family are looking for someone energetic, adaptable and happy supporting an active family lifestyle.

Candidates eligible for a two-year US visa (including those under 26) are particularly encouraged to apply.


The Role
• Full-time live-in position
• Based in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn
• Working alongside full-time housekeeper
• Regular international travel
• Planning activities and outings
• Supporting routines and schedules
• Driving children to school and activities
• Preparing children’s meals
• Packing for travel and organising children’s belongings

Children
• 9-year-old (dyslexia and some anxiety, support in place)
• 6-year-old (active, enjoys outdoor play)
• 2-year-old (nut allergy – awareness required)

Travel

The family travel approximately every other month, including Europe, UK and domestic US travel. The nanny will accompany the family and support the children’s routines while away. Flexibility around travel is important.
