A warm and welcoming family based in West Byfleet is seeking an experienced and flexible Housekeeper Nanny to support the smooth running of their home and help care for their two children.

This is a live-in position offering excellent accommodation and a supportive, respectful family environment, with mum often at home and actively involved in the children’s care.

Role Overview


This is a combined role with approximately 60% housekeeping and 40% childcare. The successful candidate will work alongside mum to help manage the household and provide attentive, nurturing support to the children.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping (60%)

Full housekeeping duties including cleaning, tidying, and organisation
Laundry and ironing
Maintaining a clean, well-run, and welcoming home environment
Cooking family meals


Childcare (40%)

Supporting the daily routine of two children
School runs and activities (driver essential)
Engaging the children in age-appropriate activities
Providing a safe, caring, and structured environment
Working collaboratively with mum, who is regularly at home

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a similar housekeeper nanny role
Confident driver (essential)
Flexible with working hours as schedules may vary, including additional support at weekends when needed
Proactive, organised, and able to use initiative
