We are looking for a caring, calm, and knowledgeable full-time qualified nanny with at least 8 years’ experience working with babies from 10 months to support first time parents who work full time.

Their little boy is currently 8 months old (born mid-June 2025) and is a happy, curious, engaged, and alert baby. He thrives in a well-established routine and enjoys music, observing nature, anything with wheels, and attending local classes.

The parents are professional, warm, and supportive, and are keen to build a long-term relationship with a career nanny who will become an integral part of their family team. They are looking for someone who genuinely loves their work and brings both professionalism and joy to the role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in early years development and a true passion for supporting babies and toddlers through this important stage. They are seeking a nanny who engages proactively in a fun, positive, and developmentally appropriate way, with a genuine commitment to nurturing and enriching their son’s growth.

Relevant qualifications in early childhood development are highly valued. The nanny should feel confident planning a thoughtful and balanced weekly programme that introduces new stimuli and experiences, while respecting the importance of routine and allowing space for independent play without overstimulation.

DAYS: Monday to Friday

HOURS: 55 PER WEEK (7:30am – 6:30pm)

SALARY: Market rate salary depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years’ nanny experience with babies and toddlers
• Excellent references
• Experience with weaning, routines, and developmental stages
• Strong knowledge of 0–5 milestones
• Confident, proactive, and communicative
• Childcare qualifications desirable
• Confident cooking healthy meals from scratch
• Organised, reliable, and flexible
• Able to commute easily to N1

DUTIES:
• All nursery duties and maintaining a tidy environment
• Preparing fresh, healthy meals and meal planning
• Planning outings (parks, classes, groups, museums)
• Supporting development, milestones, and independence
• Encouraging socialisation and play
• Working closely with parents, providing updates and guidance
