About the Role
loyal clients are seeking an energetic, caring, and experienced nanny to help care for two delightful brothers. The role involves both working independently and as part of a supportive team alongside parents and another junior nanny.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the children’s well-being: Support their mental, emotional, and physical development.
• School routines: Manage drop-offs and pick-ups for the eldest.
• Social activities: Organize and supervise playdates, attend family gatherings, and help nurture the boys’ social lives.
• Developmental support: Track milestones and encourage learning through play.
• Household organization: Keep children’s rooms, toys, and belongings tidy and well-maintained, working with household staff as needed.
• Meal planning: Coordinate with the chef/staff on healthy meals and snacks; occasionally cook or prepare food.
• Resource creation: Make educational materials and lists as required (e.g., flash cards, travel kits).
• Grooming and outings: Ensure the children are neat, well-groomed, and prepared for outings.
• Sibling relationship: Encourage a positive, supportive bond between the brothers.
• Tech care: Help manage the children’s devices (phones, iPads, laptops).
• Activity coordination: Arrange engaging activities and outings suited to each child’s development.
• Communication: Keep parents informed about routines, changes, or issues.
