Live-In Nanny – British applicatns only!! | International Travel (Lisbon & Montenegro) | 3-Month Contract
A private family is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly engaging British nanny for a 3-month placement starting ASAP. This is a unique opportunity to work in Lisbon, with relocation to Montenegro after approximately 3 weeks.

The Role:
The nanny will take primary responsibility for a 2-year-old child, with a strong emphasis on English language immersion through structured play, conversation, and daily routines. The goal is to create a natural, engaging, and consistent English-speaking environment.

There is also a 1-year-old child within the household; however, only light and occasional assistance will be required.

Working Schedule & Package:
£3,750 per month (net)
40 hours per week
2 full days off per week
Immediate start
3-month fixed-term contract

Accommodation & Benefits:
Lisbon: Private bedroom within the family’s villa
Montenegro: Private self-contained studio separate from the main residence
All international and local travel expenses covered
Full board provided throughout the placement

Key Responsibilities:
Sole care of the 2-year-old, ensuring a high standard of care at all times
Deliver consistent English language exposure through play, reading, and daily interaction
Plan and implement age-appropriate, stimulating activities
Support established routines (meals, naps, bedtime)
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
Maintain a tidy and organised environment relating to the children
Travel seamlessly with the family and adapt to changing locations
Provide clear and professional communication with parents

Candidate Requirements:
British passport holder (essential)
Proven experience working as a nanny with toddlers
Strong understanding of early years development and language acquisition
Confident, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Flexible and travel-ready with a positive, can-do attitude
Up-to-date travel documentation
Excellent, verifiable references
Enhanced DBS (clean)
Non-smoker
First aid/CPR qualification highly desirable
