Live-in Baby Nanny (6-month contract)
Overview
Our client, an international family, is seeking an exceptional Live-in Baby Nanny to provide dedicated care for their six-month-old baby on an initial six-month contract.

The family divides their time between India, Singapore and the UK, and is looking for a highly experienced nanny to join their team and assume sole charge of the baby’s daily care and routine.

This is a full-time, live-in position (24 hours a day, six days per week) and requires a professional of the highest calibre — someone who combines strong expertise in infant care and early development with a calm, nurturing, and attentive approach.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Temporary Live-in Nanny for 6-month-old baby in India/Singapore/UK include:

Providing sole charge care for a six-month-old infant across all aspects of the daily routine, including feeding, bathing, sleeping and sensory play
Implementing and maintaining a consistent, age-appropriate routine that supports the baby’s physical and developmental milestones
Preparing nutritious, developmentally suitable meals and bottles in accordance with family preferences and guidance
Managing all night-time care and responding to the infant during overnight hours as required
Planning and introducing age-appropriate activities to support early sensory, cognitive and physical development
Maintaining a clean, safe and stimulating environment
Keeping detailed daily logs of feeds, sleep patterns, nappy changes and developmental observations
Accompanying the family during international travel
Supporting parents with guidance on infant routines, sleep and early development where appropriate
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety and confidentiality at all times

Candidates must be/have:
A formal childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE Level 3, BTEC Nursery Nursing or international equivalent)
Demonstrable specialist experience working with newborns and infants in the 0–12 month age range
Proven experience in a live-in, sole charge capacity within a HNW private household
Paediatric First Aid certification (current and in-date)
Excellent verified professional references

Calm, patient and confident in high-responsibility care environments
Exceptionally organised and attentive to detail in all aspects of infant care
Discreet and experienced working within fully staffed private households
Willing and able to travel internationally and relocate temporarily between India and Singapore
In possession of a valid passport and fully up to date with all relevant travel vaccinations

Accommodation
Private accommodation is provided within the family’s residence at each location whilst on duty. All living expenses are covered by the family during the contract period.

Hours
24-hours a day, 6-days-on / 1-day-off for the duration of the six-month contract.

The role operates on a live-in basis with full overnight responsibility throughout working days.

Location
The family divide their time between India and Singapore. The successful candidate will rotate between both residences as part of the role.

All international travel, flights and transfers will be arranged and covered by the family.

Highly competitive, depending on experience.
