Job Title: Full-Time Live-Out Nanny-Housekeeper

Days & Hours Required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8:00am–6:00pm | 50 hours per week

(The day off during the week can be flexible)

Start Date: May 2026 (Transition period with current nanny-housekeeper until September)

Location: Kensington, W8

Ages of Children: 2 children. Toddler (turning 2 in May) and 4-month-old baby

Salary: £50–£57K annual gross salary

Overview:

A warm and welcoming family based in Kensington is looking for an experienced and reliable nanny–housekeeper to join them on a long-term basis.

The role involves caring for both a baby and a toddler, with a focus on the baby during the day while the toddler attends nursery (currently 4 mornings per week, increasing to full days from September).

The family currently employs a nanny-housekeeper they adore, who will remain until September to ensure a smooth transition and handover.

The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, organised, and proactive, with a genuine interest in both childcare and maintaining a well-run home.

Duties:

Childcare: Feeding both children, preparing formula, nappy changes, playtime and development, nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, and general care.

Household: Laundry and ironing, maintaining organisation and tidiness of the home, grocery shopping, preparing two simple dinners per week for parents, changing bedding, and general household organisation. (No deep cleaning required, a cleaner is employed weekly.)

Skills and other requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience, including babies

Baby First Aid qualification

Fluent English

Valid passport and willingness to travel

Warm, calm, and organised personality

Proactive and reliable

Excellent references

Right to work in the UK
