Job Overview:
A warm and attentive family is seeking a highly experienced and nurturing live-in baby nanny to provide dedicated, round-the-clock care for their 6-month-old daughter. This is a fixed-term contract for approximately 6 months, based across India, Singapore and the UK. The role is suited to a professional with strong baby experience and particular expertise in sleep training, weaning and early developmental support. Accommodation is provided.

Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines and implementing sleep training.
Supporting and guiding weaning, including meal planning and preparation.
Monitoring and encouraging developmental milestones.
Creating a calm, structured and nurturing daily routine.
Planning age-appropriate activities to support growth and learning.
Planning and taking the child to classes, play dates and outings.
Maintaining detailed records of feeding, sleep and development.
Ensuring the baby’s environment is clean, safe and organised.
Working closely with the parents to align on routines and care approaches.

Ideal Nanny:
Proven experience caring for infants is essential.
Advanced certification in infant sleep training.
Formal childcare qualification, such as a degree in Early Childhood Studies or CACHE Level 4/5.
Strong knowledge of weaning practices and baby nutrition.
Solid understanding of infant development and milestone tracking.
Calm, patient and highly attentive to detail.
Discreet, reliable and professional.
Flexible and comfortable in a live-in, intensive schedule.
