A lovely client, is seeking a highly experienced, professional nanny to support her with her first baby.
This is a high-trust, fully immersive role, suited to a nanny who is confident stepping into a proxy parenting position, particularly as the mother travels extensively for work.
You will be responsible for creating structure, consistency, and a calm environment, becoming a reliable and steady presence within the household.
The role will begin as 24/7 cover, with the intention to transition to 24/5 once additional weekend support is introduced.

Key Responsibilities
Providing full, sole-charge care of a newborn/young baby
Acting as a proxy parent during periods of travel
Establishing and maintaining feeding, sleep, and daily routines
Supporting early development and age-appropriate milestones
Managing all nursery-related duties and organisation
Travelling with the family when required
Working alongside a housekeeper within a fully staffed household
Ensuring a calm, structured, and nurturing environment

Candidate Profile
Proven experience caring for newborns and supporting first-time parents
Confident in sole charge and proxy parenting roles
Career nanny with a long-term, committed mindset
Calm, organised, and highly reliable
Comfortable working in a 24/7 structure initially
Flexible and open to travel

Language requirement:
Fluent English or French (essential)
