Overview
Our client is a warm, professional couple with a passion for outdoor and sporting activities. Both are working professionals and are seeking an experienced, career nanny looking for a long-term position and the opportunity to become a valued part of the family.
The family is based in a beautiful area of the UK, offering countryside surroundings while remaining close to local towns, markets, and amenities.

Role & Responsibilities
The nanny will work collaboratively with the mother in a shared-care capacity, taking sole charge when required. Responsibilities will include:
• Managing the babies’ daily routines
• Attending local groups and classes
• Creating a stimulating and nurturing environment through activities such as singing, reading, and play
• Supporting all areas of development: social, physical, intellectual, and emotional
• Assisting with developmental milestones
• Travelling with the family when required
• During nap times, and when appropriate, the nanny will also assist with light housekeeping duties related to the children, including laundry and helping to keep the household running smoothly.

Key Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ nanny experience, ideally with twin babies
• Formal childcare qualification desirable (but not essential)
• Paediatric First Aid certification
• Enhanced DBS check
• Checkable references
• Previous experience working in a shared-care role with parents
• Confident, positive, and proactive personality
• Strong focus on early years development and ability to plan engaging activities
• Confident driver
• Willingness to travel with the family
