A warm and dynamic UHNW family is seeking a kind, reliable, and energetic Junior Nanny or Au Pair to care for their two young children (aged 3 years and 18 months). The family values a positive, nurturing environment and is looking for someone with a “big sister” approach—engaging, supportive, and attentive.
Role Summary
This is a live-in position, primarily covering afternoons, early evenings, and weekends, as the children attend nursery during the mornings. The role also includes travelling with the family and assisting with light, child-related duties.
Key Responsibilities
Providing safe, attentive care
Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities
Supporting daily routines (meals, naps, bedtime, hygiene)
Monitoring development and updating parents as needed
Assisting with light child-related tasks (tidying play areas, children’s laundry, simple meal prep)
Travelling with the family when required
Candidate Profile
Warm, positive, and responsible
Safety-conscious and attentive
Some experience with young children and awareness of developmental stages
Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)
Confident driver (essential)
EU passport required due to travel needs
Discreet, adaptable, and willing to learn
Experience Level
This role is best suited to a junior nanny or au pair at an early stage in their childcare career who is looking to gain experience within a UHNW household.
