Temporary Manny – Greece – 3 Children (Aged 7, 7 & 5 Years)

A warm and welcoming family based approximately one hour from Thessaloniki Airport are seeking a temporary Manny to care for their three energetic boys (twins aged 7 and a younger sibling aged 5) from 1st July until between 15th–20th September 2026.
This is a sole-charge, childcare-focused position with a strong emphasis on engaging the children in fun, active, and educational play. The boys are very sporty and thrive with a positive, patient, and friendly approach. The family would love the Manny to support their English language development through play and age-appropriate activities, while also gently encouraging good manners and etiquette. There will always be someone in the home to support and the Manny won’t be alone with all three children.
The role is primarily based at the family’s summer residence in Greece, with the possibility of travel to the Greek Islands for approximately one week in mid-August (to be confirmed). An EU passport holder is preferred; however, the family can support a visa if necessary. Apply now.

Duties Include:
• Sole charge care of three boys aged 7, 7, and 5
• Planning and engaging in fun, active, and educational activities
• Supporting English language development through play
• Encouraging positive behaviour, manners, and etiquette in a gentle manner
• Organising outdoor games and sports activities
• Maintaining a stimulating and structured daily routine

Working Hours:
• 6 days per week
• 8 hours per day
• One day off per week (Sunday or Monday)

• Live-out role with accommodation provided
• The family will offer either a separate apartment or independent living space depending on location

Candidate Requirements:
• Experienced Manny or similar childcare professional
• Energetic, engaging, and proactive
• Patient, kind, and positive in approach
• Strong understanding of age-appropriate activities and child development
• A degree in Childhood Studies or similar is desirable but not essential
• Must be available for the full duration of the booking
• Comfortable around a small dog

• €5,000 – €6,000 net per month (dependent on experience)
