A warm, active family in Winter Park (near Orlando) seeks an Au Pair to care for three young children (5, 3.5, and 1.5).

The role includes both sole-charge and shared care with the mother, with days centered around enriching activities, outings, and consistent routines. Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, occasional school pick-ups, preparing children’s lunches, keeping children’s areas organized, and supporting behaviour, structure, and manners. No general housekeeping or family laundry is required.

The schedule is up to 45 hours per week. A typical day involves taking the toddler to activities, preparing meals, managing naps, organizing play areas, and transporting the older children to lessons or grandparents’ home.

The ideal candidate is warm, calm, proactive, organized, collaborative, and happy to be part of a close-knit family. Minimal travel is expected, usually a few weeks in July. The nanny would need to fit the requirements of being sponsored by the family on an approved J-1 Au Pair program.
