An experienced, confident, and highly professional Maternity Nurse is sought to support a lovely HNW couple with their 4-month-old baby. This is a live-in, 24/6 role commencing immediately and running through to September/October 2026.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and developing the baby’s routine, ensuring continued structure around feeding and sleep, and supporting the child’s ongoing development. The parents are looking for someone knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring, who can provide expert guidance while working with autonomy and discretion within a fully staffed household.

Based primarily in Central London, the role will involve frequent travel between London, Europe, and Dubai, therefore flexibility and a genuine enjoyment of travel are essential. Due to visa requirements, candidates should hold an EU passport or a valid Schengen visa.

Duties will include all nursery responsibilities: maintaining feeding and sleeping routines, overseeing developmental milestones, bathing and dressing, organising nursery items, and providing ongoing emotional and practical support to the parents. The ideal candidate will be warm, organised, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to integrate seamlessly into a high-profile family environment.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Extensive professional experience as a Maternity Nurse or Nanny (ideally 15–20+ years)
• Relevant childcare qualifications and maternity nurse training
• Confident in managing routines for babies beyond the newborn stage
• Calm, grounded, and highly organised
• High emotional intelligence and a positive, professional manner
• First Aid trained and DBS checked
• Strong understanding of infant development
• Comfortable working 24/6 in a live-in setting
• Willing and able to travel internationally
• EU passport holder or valid Schengen visa
• Excellent, checkable references
