Holiday Nanny
Temporary, Live-in, English-speaking Holiday Nanny – Mallorca & Ibiza, Spain (12th to 26 th June 2026)

Position: Holiday Nanny
Location: Mallorca & Ibiza, Spain
Situation: Live-in
Term: Temporary / Holiday
Dates: 12th to 26th June 2026
Salary: TBC
Details of the assignment:

One of our valued returning families is seeking an experienced, kind, and capable English-speaking holiday nanny to accompany them during their summer stay in Spain from 12th to 26th June 2026.

The family will spend one week in Mallorca and one week in Ibiza, staying between villas and a friend’s home. They will be travelling with two children aged 2 and 4, and are looking for someone who can provide confident, steady support throughout the trip.

This is a live-in role, and the nanny must be comfortable travelling with the family, adapting to different environments, and, if needed, sharing a room with the youngest child.

The ideal candidate will be warm, organised, and experienced with toddlers and young children. The role will involve supporting the children’s daily routines, including meals, naps, play, and general care, while also assisting with child-related practical tasks such as keeping on top of dishes, feeding the children, and helping maintain order around their spaces.

The family is also looking for someone who is attentive and responsible when it comes to allergies, as their son has several food allergies and requires careful management. A nanny who is calm, observant, and able to follow instructions closely will be particularly well suited to this position.
Requirements:

Proven experience caring for children of a similar age

Fluent English speaker

Confident supporting routines, including naps and mealtimes

Comfortable with live-in travel arrangements

Happy to assist with light child-related cleaning and tidying, including dishes

Knowledge of, or confidence in managing, children with allergies

Reliable, adaptable, and easy to travel with

Comfortable sharing a room with the youngest child if required

Who this role would suit:

This position would suit an experienced holiday nanny who is hands-on, flexible, and genuinely helpful to have around during travel. It would particularly suit someone who is confident with younger children, attentive to detail, and able to combine warm childcare with practical support in a relaxed but well-run family setting.
