Live-In Nanny – Central London (Full-Time, Long-Term)

A family based in central London is seeking an experienced, proactive, and flexible live-in nanny to care for their children. This is a long-term position for someone who is nurturing, organised, and confident managing multiple children in a busy household.

Key Responsibilities
-Providing attentive care and ensuring the children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
-Managing daily routines, including mornings, after-school care, and bedtime preparation
-School runs, accompanying children to activities, sports, and playdates
-Supporting homework and encouraging a positive approach to learning
-Organising age-appropriate activities
-Packing & organising

Candidate Profile
-Proven experience caring for multiple children (ages 3, 5, and 7+)
-Previous live-in nanny experience within a private household
-Confident, calm, and highly organised with a naturally warm approach
-Must be a driver, comfortable driving in London and Europe, in all conditions
-Flexible and happy to travel with the family, including during school holidays
-Comfortable assisting with homework; a teaching background or qualifications is a strong advantage
-French-speaking is highly desirable
-Discreet, reliable, and professional at all times

Requirements
-Excellent, checkable references
-Clean driving license
-Valid DBS / police check
-EU passport or valid right to work in the UK
-Previous live in experience

Schedule
-Two consecutive weekdays off
- 24/5 schedule, taking the monitor overnight, the kids are all above nursery age, there is no actual overnight care as they all sleep.
