Rotational Nanny for an 8-Month-Old Baby

Location: Latvia / France
Schedule: Rotation 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
Accommodation: Provided (nanny sleeps in the same room with the baby)
Start date: By agreement

About the Position

A private family is looking for a professional and experienced nanny to care for their 8-month-old baby. The role is based between two locations — Latvia and France. The nanny will be fully focused on the child, providing attentive care, maintaining the daily routine, and supporting age-appropriate development.

Responsibilities

• Full care of the baby
• Maintaining the daily routine (feeding, naps, ????????)
• Hygiene and overall well-being of the child
• Age-appropriate developmental activities and play
• Keeping the nursery and the child’s belongings organized
• Travelling with the family when required

Requirements

• Pedagogical or early childhood education (essential)
• Proven experience with infants (under 1 year old)
• Fluent in the Russian language
• EU passport
• Age up to 55
• Ability to work on a rotational schedule
• Willingness to sleep in the same room as the baby
• Previous experience in private families and checkable references

Conditions

• Rotation schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
• Accommodation and meals provided
• Salary starting from €170 per day, depending on experience
• Possibility of an official employment contract
