Description:
A warm and well-travelled international family is seeking a highly educated and engaging Rota Manny to support the development and daily care of their two young boys.

This is a child-focused role centred entirely around the boys’ development, learning and experiences. There are no cleaning, cooking or household duties involved.

The family values curiosity, education, and outdoor exploration, and they are looking for someone who can bring creativity, structure and calm energy into the children’s daily routine.

Children
Two boys (nursery age)

The youngest particularly enjoys creative activities such as clay modelling and painting, while both boys love nature, animals and exploring outdoors. The family has a garden and enjoys spending time outside.

Typical Day
The Manny will support the boys’ routine and learning through structured but fun activities.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing engaging educational activities and play
- Supporting the morning routine and getting the children ready for nursery for drop off at 9:30am
- Nursery pick-ups (younger child at 1pm, older child at 3:30pm)
- Organising creative, educational and outdoor activities
- Encouraging curiosity, independence and development
- Sharing meals with the children and occasionally the family

Travel
The family travels extensively during school holidays, and the Manny will accompany them on international trips. The family also has a seaside residence where they spend part of the year.

The ideal candidate will be:

- Able to plan stimulating activities and outings
- Confident creating structure while keeping things fun

Language requirements:
- Fluent English or Portuguese
- A clear, strong English accent is preferred

Accommodation
Accommodation will initially be provided in an Airbnb, with the possibility of the family arranging a long-term rental once the placement is established.
