Temporary Mothers Help with 10m old in Kensington, London

A lovely family are looking for a caring and reliable nanny to provide temporary support for their 10-month-old child while they search for the right long-term housekeeper/nanny. This is a lovely opportunity to work with a friendly household and care for a happy little one in a calm and supportive environment.
The role will focus purely on childcare, providing attentive and nurturing care for the baby during the day. Mum is predominantly at home, but there will be times when she needs someone confident to take the lead with the little one. The family are looking for someone with good experience with babies who enjoys engaging with young children through play, interaction and developmental activities. Taking the baby out for walks, attending local classes and supporting their daily routine will all be part of the role.
The baby is at a wonderful stage of development, so the family would love someone who enjoys getting down on the floor to play, encouraging curiosity and supporting milestones in a gentle and responsive way. Preparing simple meals for the baby and helping with their routine, including naps and general care, will also be part of the day.
This is a temporary position focused entirely on childcare, offering a lovely opportunity for a warm, attentive nanny who enjoys working with babies and creating a calm, nurturing atmosphere while supporting the family during this transition period.

Location of the job: Kensington, London
Minimum experience Level for this job: 5 years’ experience as a nanny.
Details of any training needed for this job: First Aid & eDBS
Hours of work: 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm
Days required: 2 or 3 days per week
Pets in the home: 1 Dog

Job Start Date: As soon as possible
Pay: £22 gross per hour
