This is a unique opportunity for a nanny who enjoys variety, travel and working closely with an engaged family. Dad is a professional sportsman, and the family frequently travels internationally for both work and leisure. Destinations regularly include the USA, Europe, Brazil and Japan, so the successful candidate must be comfortable travelling extensively
No two weeks will look the same in this role. Some weeks will involve travel, overnight care and weekend support, while others may require fewer working hours. Because of this, the role will suit a nanny who is able to offer complete flexibility and commit to this position as their primary role.
The family will provide schedules in advance, however due to the nature of professional sport and travel commitments, occasional last-minute changes are inevitable, so a calm and adaptable approach is essential.
The family have three wonderful children:
• A busy and curious toddler girl aged 2.5 years
• A lovely baby boy aged 8 months
• An active and sporty 10-year-old boy who attends a local school in Leeds
The role will involve caring for the younger children day-to-day, while also supporting the older child
You may occasionally be required to travel independently with one of the children, so confidence, organisation and experience with travel are important.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
• Providing attentive, nurturing care for the children
• Managing daily routines for the toddler and baby
• Planning engaging age-appropriate activities
• Supporting the children’s development through play, outings and learning opportunities
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Travelling internationally with the family and adapting to different environments and schedules
• Providing overnight support when required while travelling
• Maintaining organisation within the children’s routines, clothing and belongings
• Driving the children where needed and supporting the smooth running of family life
This is a hands-on, professional nanny role suited to someone who enjoys being part of a busy family environment while maintaining high standards of childcare.

Travel
Travel is a key part of this role.
When travelling with the family you will stay in high-quality accommodation, with all flights, meals and travel expenses fully covered.
When overnight care is required during travel, you will be paid your usual hourly rate throughout the night as you will be on call.
• Overtime paid for any hours worked above the guaranteed monthly hours
• A highly flexible schedule with advance planning wherever possible
Some weeks may involve longer hours and travel, while others may require fewer working hours.
Location
The family are based in Alwoodley, Leeds, and some weeks will be spent working locally in Leeds.
The family are open to candidates who live slightly further afield, provided they can travel to Leeds when required and are comfortable staying with the family during busy working periods.
